Q. Exactly how many Pokémon are there?
A. 151, but you can only catch 150. The 151st is Mew. It was available through a code in 
the Japanese version that doesn't work in the American. The programming for it is in the 
game, but "dormant." In the Red and Blue versions, if you don't trade, you can get 124. 
In Yellow it's slightly less.

Q. What are their names?
A. Ugggh. Go to http://cranium7.tripod.com/TXT_Files/pokelist.txt to see the list.

Q. Is it possible to buy the ¥1,000,000 bike?
A. No, you can only carry ¥999,999, but if you talk to the president of the Pokémon Fan 
Club in Vermillion City, he'll give you a coupon to get it free.

Q. What Pokémon can only be fought once?
A. Articuno, the Ice bird, found in the Seafoam Islands. Moltres, the Fire bird, found in 
Victory Road. Zapdos, the Electricity bird, found in the Power Plant (found by SURFing 
above the Rock Tunnel). Snorlax (found twice), the sleeping Pokémon, found on Route 12 and 
between Celadon and Cycling Road. And Mew's offspring, Mewtwo, found in Cerulean Dungeon. 
This is found by SURFing from the west of Route 24. I HIGHLY reccomend using the Master 
Ball on this Psychic super-Pokémon.

Q. Where do I go from Cerulean City?
A. Once you have the Cascade Badge, go to the house that was robbed and go out the back 
door.

Q. What's the best Pokémon?
A. It depends on the level, attacks, and the type you're up against. But overall, I'd have  
to say it's a tie between Mewtwo and Ditto (the only Mimic-type Pokémon), but only if 
Ditto's around level 90.

Q. What should I get from Oak?
A. Squirtle. Charmander has a handicap against Brock and Misty, Bulbasaur's too weak, and 
it's a long time before you get a Water-type (besides the completely useless Magikarp).

Q. When's the TV show on?
A. Check the weekdays section in TV Guide.

Q. Where are the HMs?
A. Cut is found by finishing the SS Anne. Flash is found by going through the righthand 
side of Route 2 (using Cut). Fly is found above Cycling Road (use Cut to get there also).
Surf is found at the end of the Safari Zone (try checking GameFAQs.com for a map to it). 
Strength is found by delivering the Golden Teeth (found to the right of where Surf is) to 
the Warden in Fuchsia City.
