I recently saw an article on the news about someone sueing Nintendo since the Pokémon TCG is a "gambling game" because kids have to "pay to play." Open your eyes, idiot! Every videogame is a gamble by that definition! And remember Pogs? And think about all the Magic and Star Wars cards out there. Yep, I think Nintendo'll definitely win this one (or probably has, by now).
