NAME: Legend of Zelda: A Link To The Past SYSTEM: Super NES MAKER: Nintendo PRODUCER: Shigeru Miyamoto GENRE: Adventure GRAPHICS: 8. Not quite enough special effects, but clean MUSIC: 7. Standard Zelda music FUN: 10. Go buy this REPLAY: 5. Best reason is to experience it again DIFFICULTY: 8. Not easily beaten ENDING: 9. Good, if a little goofy (the music) STORYLINE: 10. Another Miyamoto masterpiece. The Zelda's can't go wrong with this MULTIPLAYER: N/A (One player) ORIGINALITY: 7. A good update to a great series REALISM: 4. You're an elf saving the kingdom from a giant blue hog. What did you expect? CONTROL: 8. Only a few flaws, like jumping MATURITY: 3. Fairy-tale stuff abounds Well, I can't really call it a classic, being the third of five. Call it a golden oldie. This is probably the best SNES game ever made. The control, design, puzzles... well, let's just say that it's practically perfect in every way :). Yeah, it does have its flaws (especially when you're cornered and trying to get free) and the graphics and sound ain't perfect, but on the whole you won't care. This is an absolutely awesome game... with, in probably only my eyes, one glaring flaw. It seems to have a religion of its own. I mean, I'm sorry, but I'm glad my mom wasn't looking over my shoulder at the times when it mentions "prophecy" and "omnipotence." It's a perfect game for anyone who isn't strongly involved in Christianity (or other religions, for that matter). And It's still a must-buy for them. Just remember: it's only a game.
